Tiffany Howlett

Tiffany has a volunteer spirit, leads with passion, and serves with pride. Given her receipt of several leadership awards, her direct involvement in local service organizations, and her undying willingness to practice servant leadership, Tiffany will be a great addition to the LGAA team.  

As a result of her time in LG, she now serves the City of Germantown in the role of Sanitation & Administrative Coordinator for the Public Works Department. Tiffany is the City’s Sanitation and Administrative Coordinator. She has recently stepped into this role after serving as Public Works’ Administrative Assistant for the past year. Before joining the City, Tiffany worked for nearly a decade in the entertainment industry as Box Office Manager for the Live at the Garden summer concert series.

Servant leadership is a philosophy Tiffany strives for daily. From answering the phone to sweeping up broken glass - she does without question and all with a smile. The City’s residents are always at the forefront of her mind! 

Tiffany graduated with a Bachelor of Professional Studies with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Cultural Studies from the University of Memphis in 2019. She completed Leadership Germantown in 2021 and the City’s internal leadership program, Play Like a Champion, in 2022. Tiffany is this year’s recipient of the Play Like a Champion Leadership Award and City Employee of the Year. 

When not working, you can find her at her happy place in The Grove at GPAC, assembling LEGOs (her favorite is anything botanical), leading her neighborhood association Farmington North, spending time with her two Boston Terrier mixes Libby (a Germantown Animal Shelter Rescue) & Bullet, or cruising with her husband, Evan.
